Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped using USPS Standard Shipping.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days

  • Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed

Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate shipping: $12

  • FREE standard shipping on orders over $500

  • Shipping fees are calculated before taxes and discounts (if applicable)

Signature Required

  • All packages require a signature upon delivery

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to sign for the package

  • We are not responsible for delays or returned packages due to missed delivery attempts

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship internationally

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

  • Orders must be shipped to a valid U.S. residential or commercial street address

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–14 business days

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Final sale items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return Process

  1. Contact customer support to request return authorization

  2. Approved returns must be shipped within 2 days of approval

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and order details

  • A replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost
